I work across domains that most people treat as separate. To me they are the same discipline applied to different material: see the underlying structure, define the outcome, build backward from it.

Commercial Finance & Capital Markets
Through Thalos Capital, I originate and structure commercial financing on the borrower's side, and advise on the transactions around it, spanning equipment finance, working capital, asset-based lending, non-dilutive growth capital for recurring-revenue companies, and strategic and acquisition financing, matched to the right source from a vetted network of private credit, family offices, specialty lenders, and institutional partners. What I bring that a broker does not is institutional underwriting discipline and an engineer's read of the whole deal, up front.

M&A & Integration
I have spent many years on the structural side of M&A: deal structuring, negotiation, and post-merger integration for banks and leasing companies, including systems consolidation for a multi-entity bank acquisition and the integration of leasing and asset-finance portfolios. Alongside advisory work through Thalos Capital, I apply the same discipline to my own holdings, where the integration problem and the credit problem are two views of one question.

Systems, AI & Enterprise Modernization
For more than twenty years I have abstracted and rebuilt the systems that run financial institutions and enterprises: credit and origination frameworks, data and analytics platforms, and compliance and operations at scale. Through CXO Corporation I now focus that experience on agentic AI automation, designing systems that take on manual middle- and back-office work. My contribution is rarely the technology itself. It is choosing the right architecture for the outcome, which is a different and rarer skill than knowing the tools.

Real Assets & Value Creation
I read property the way an engineer reads a structure. I can usually see which walls carry the building and which only divide the space, which tells me what is fixed and what is negotiable, and where value is hiding that the market has mispriced. Across North America, Europe, and Latin America I have focused on value-add and design-led repositioning, always paired with rigorous financial analysis and calibrated to the specific market a property sells into.
Beyond these practices I am an active investor across my own holdings, including a stake in a US fintech platform, and I bring the same outcome-first discipline to how I allocate capital as to how I structure it for others.
